Is it correct or reasonable to call out someone?

Is it correct or reasonable to call out someone misusing the Confederate Battle Flag like using it as a profile picture and responding to online posts that portrays the a message of anarchy?

It is just bothering me since I have previously called out someone having a Confederate Battle Flag as a profile picture but is advocating anarchy.

I am so disurbed by that. I say "YES!" Most of the time.
I think we should be careful, we should use tact. I am personally offended by the mis use of the flag.. The times I get upset most is when Aryan's use it.

I see the misuse of the flag all the time. I call them out on it every time. For example I seen a man with the flag as a tattoo and then right next to it a swastika. I thought to myself if we are going to get people to realize what the CSA is really about we have to stop these people who radicalize the south. I just want independence. We are not nazis we are Confederates!
