Questions?
Did the South claim John Wilkes Booth?
Did he claim the South?

Yesterday I was talking to a customer about our cause( what I do) he mentioned that he read that Booth felt he was doing this nation a great favor by killing Lincoln.
Is this true?

Booth thought he was doing the South a favor - in many cases historians believe that he hurt the South by doing it. But Booth was indeed Southern.
