Hello. I am new to this forum and have been looking for a place to share views about the south. I consider myself to be a "recovering northerner." Have lived most of my life in the south and married a southern from Alabama. I have always loved history, in particular the history of the 19th century. The more I learn about the South the more I love it and the ideals it still stands for. Deo Vindice
